Online Order Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Radius and Fees:

   • We deliver within a 15-mile radius of our location.
   • Orders of $79.99 or more (before taxes and fees) qualify for free delivery.
   • Orders below $79.99 will incur a delivery fee of $7.99.
   • There is no minimum order amount for pickup, and pickup is always free.

2. Order Timing:

   • Orders placed before 9:00 AM will be delivered on the same day.
   • Pickup orders placed before 9:00 AM will be ready for pickup after 10:00 AM on the same day.
   • Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be ready for pickup by 4:00 PM on the same day.
   • Pickup orders placed after 4:00 PM will be ready the following day.

3. Order Fulfillment:

   • Order fulfillment is subject to stock availability.
   • If any items are unavailable, our customer service team will contact you to confirm any alternative products for your order.

4. Refund Policy:

   • No refunds are available for frozen items and produce, whether ordered online or in-store.
